Training in Montenegro from 15.-17. July costs 90€ (including accommodation, food, conference fee, and an Impact Balkan’s t-shirt)
Costs for outreach from 17.-24. of July depends on the location where you and your team will go. The price consists of traveling, accommodation, and food. Your team leader will sort the costs out with the hosting church.
Outreach prices can vary from 80 € to 600€.

Check out websites like Google Flights to find cheap flight tickets. Impact will organize a shuttle from Podgorica Airport (TGD) to the hostel on the day of arrival, 15th of July. You can book transportation on your application form. If you arrive at another airport, train or bus station, you have to organize transportation yourself.
You will receive an email after your registration is complete that entails more detailed information about the training base and accommodation.
After the training, you will travel to your outreach destination together with your team with a vehicle decided and reserved beforehand. Your team leader will be responsible for all the specifics regarding traveling to the outreach destination. They will also agree on transportation during outreach together with the assigned local leader / church.
Outreach will start after training and will last for seven days. Small teams (5-9 people) will serve together with the local churches. Teams will plan the program together with the local pastor or church. It can include serving at childrens’ or youth camps, street evangelism, youth meetings, praying and worshiping together. Teams and locals will cooperate and encourage each other.
Training will include inspiring preachings, worship, tracks, international fellowship, intercession over the Balkans and each other, and hands-on teaching on topics such as evangelism, praying for the sick and making disciples.
You should arrive for registration on the 15th of July. Registration starts at 9am and the conference starts at 11am. Because the conference starts so early in the morning, you are also welcome to arrive already on the 14th of July. Accommodation between the 14th-15th can be arranged for extra cost.
Departing will take place from your outreach destination after your outreach is over on the 24th of July (or on the day decided together with your team). There will be no gathering together after outreaches end.
Every attendee is responsible for having a valid passport or national identity card and travel insurance. You are also obligated to acquire a visa if needed. If you are underaged, we will need a signed document from your guardians permitting you to join.
The outreach destination will be agreed on well before Impact starts. We will connect you and your team with a local church in the Balkans. All wishes and requests will be taken into account. If you have a good contact with a Balkan church (e.g. through a missionary of your home church) with whom you wish to cooperate with, please contact us about it.
